According to government figures, the average house price in West Berkshire is nearly eleven times what the average person can expect to earn in a year. This prohibitive cost is pricing out many ordinary people from owning a home.
Our plans for Pincents Lane will provide a range of affordable homes alongside great community benefits and open space.
